This notification is made in accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" (shortly KVKK) numbered 6698 and due to a legal obligation.

c) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred:
Your personal data that you give to the Data Controller due to the job application within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Article 8 of the KVKK regarding the transfer of personal data, will not be transferred in any way in case your job application results negatively. The positive result of your job application has been further arranged in the Employee Clarification Text.

As personal data owners, your applications to us in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK will be evaluated promptly and comprehensively. Your application request will be answered and finalized within 30 days at the latest.
The rights you have in accordance with the provisions of the above mentioned article are stated below.
